Peanut Butter-Banana Wrap

A fun take on the standard PB&J

Kid-Friendly RecipePrep time: 10 minutes
Serves: 4

* 1 Tbs honey
* 2 tsp lemon juice
* 2 bananas, sliced thin
* 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
* 4 eight-inch whole-wheat tortillas
* 1/2 cup pre-shredded carrots

1. In a bowl, combine honey, lemon juice, and bananas. Spread 2 tablespoons peanut butter onto each tortilla. Top with 2 tablespoons carrots and 1/4 cup banana mixture.

2. Tightly roll up each tortilla. Cut each in half and serve.
