Vegetable Protein Can Help You Conceive

Data from the Harvard Nurses’ Health Study showed that adding one serving a day of vegetarian sources of protein such as beans, peas or nuts provided some protection against infertility. In contrast, adding one serving a day of meat or poultry predicted a substantial increase in the risk of ovulatory infertility. Soy is a good source of vegetable protein, but try to limit your consumption to the less fertile times in your cycle.
