My Philosophy: Weelicious is about making kids great, healthy eaters from day one—or year 6 if you're just getting started—while also making kitchen time easy for parents. I went to culinary school and consider myself a pretty good cook, but when I had my kids, Kenya, 6, and Chloe, 4, I quickly realized I didn't have a clue how to cook for them. Kids experience food—its texture, taste, shape, color—differently than we do, and delicious recipes alone didn't cut it. I needed strategies, too, and now I'm going to share them with you.
