Can I eat cheese during pregnancy?

Is it safe to eat cheese when I’m pregnant?

Raw and unpasteurized dairy products can cause listeriosis, salmonellosis, and other foodborne illnesses. Hard cheeses are okay, but avoid any cheese made with raw milk. Also avoid soft cheeses such as Brie, feta, Camembert, Danish blue, Roquefort, and Mexican-style queso blanco and queso fresco (unless they’re clearly marked as pasteurized).
