2 lb. chicken breasts
1 box Uncle Ben's Wild Rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, optional
Directions:
Boil chicken -- but do not overcook. Chop into pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients, including the wild rice seasoning.
Bake in Pyrex dish until rice is soft.
