Ingredients:

4 cups butter flavored shortening
4 cups peanut butter
3 cups sugar
3 cups packed brown sugar
8 eggs
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 teaspoons peanut butter extract
4 teaspoons cinnamon extract
2 teaspoons water
9 cups all-purpose flour
4 teaspoons baking soda
4 teaspoons salt
Sugar to roll in

Directions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, cream shortening, peanut butter and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in extracts and water. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture. Put in fridge to firm up dough. With melon baller, scoop large balls for each cookie; roll dough balls in sugar.
2. Place dough balls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Flatten with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees F for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks to cool.
