Cookie Recipe: KaRaisin Cookies
1 package carrot cake mix (any brand)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup raisins
1 cup chocolate chips
3 squares vanilla almond bark
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix first four ingredients by hand or with mixer at least 2 minutes. Fold in raisins and chocolate chips.
2. With greased teaspoon, spoon onto greased cookie dish. Bake 7 minutes. Allow to cool.
3. Warm almond bark in microwave on LOW in a Ziploc bag. Mix bark every 30 seconds to ensure even melting and to prevent it from scorching. Snip small corner off Ziploc bag and drizzle onto cookie. Allow to cool thoroughly before placing in cookie jars or eating!
