Egg Sandwiches

Since breakfast is the most important meal of the day, why not serve breakfast for dinner too?

Takes only 15 minutes!

  1. Per sandwich, crack 1 large egg into a greased ramekin. Season with salt and pepper and scramble with a fork.
  2. Microwave in 10-second increments until egg is set and puffy.
  3. Place on a split and toasted whole-wheat English muffin with your favorite toppings. Serve with fruit salad.

Get the kids in on the action: Let them be the short-order cook and stack the sandwiches according to everyone's request.

Picky-eater pleaser: They can create their own egg masterpiece by choosing their favorite toppings.
