Kids can help:  Slice fruit with a plastic knife.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 ½ Tbsp honey

Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth.  Pour into glasses and garnish smoothie with a red licorice swirl, strawberry or make a red licorice straw from a licorice stick.  Remove end of licorice so the ends are open.
