Gooey Butter Cookies

Ingredients:
1 stick of butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 box of yellow cake mix with butter
powdered sugar

Yield: 4 and a half dozen cookies

Directions

1. Combine butter, cream cheese, egg, and vanilla.

2. Add cake mix.

3. Chill for at least 30 minutes.

4. Roll into 1-inch-balls and roll in powdered sugar.

5. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 8-10 minutes. Do not over bake.

6. After they come out of the oven, you may sprinkle additional powdered sugar.
