"Groovy Grabber" Bracelets Recalled

A&A Global Industries has recalled 4 million "Groovy Grabber" bracelets. Parts of the bracelets are painted with lead, which is harmful if ingested by young children.

The bracelets are made of flexible metal bands and come in different colors and designs, such as smiley faces, Chinese symbols, dogs, cats, aliens, checker boards, and flames. The bracelets are wrapped in decorative plastic covers and were sold for 25 cents in vending machines in malls, and discount, department, and grocery stores nationwide from November 2005 to March 2007.
