- Hard boiled eggs
- Dijon honey Mustard
What to Do:
- Using an egg-shaped cookie cutter, or cutting freehand, make bread eggs and set aside.
- Slice hard boiled eggs lengthwise and add a slice to the top of each bread egg.
- Top with Dijon sauce and a small piece of watercress. Garnish plate with a sprig of the watercress.
