One-Minute Move: Shoulder Squeeze
Give your upper back sweet relief with this quickie move, courtesy of Jackie Keller, author of Body After Baby (Avery/Penguin Group): Stand with your left leg forward. Reach your right arm forward, raising it to shoulder level. Sweep your arm back, bending your elbow and pinching your shoulder blades together. Hold for ten seconds, then switch arm and leg. Repeat ten times on each side.
