Ponzu Sauce

Cook time: SITTING TIME: 30 minutes, or up to 48 hours in the refigerator
Serves: 3/4 cup

1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce or tamari







Measure and mix together the ingredients.





In a bowl, mix all ingredients; let sit for at least 30 minutes before serving.

PER SERVING (1 tablespoon): 11 calories, 1 g protein, 0 g fiber, 318 mg sodium, 0 mg cholesterol, 0 mg calcium.
