Power Pizza Bagels

Prep: 10 minutes
Bake: 5 minutes
Yield: 8 pizza-bagel halves

  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup White Puree
  • 3 Tbs Orange Puree
  • 4 mini-bagels, sliced in half (preferably whole wheat)
  • 1 cup grated part-skim mozzarella

1. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350 degrees. Combine tomato sauce with White and Orange purees. Mix well.
2. Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of sauce on each bagel half, and then top completely with 2 tablespoons grated cheese (without covering the hole). Bake 5 to 6 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Per serving: 124 calories, 3 g fat (2 g saturated), 327 mg sodium, 8 mg cholesterol.
