Target Recalls Anima Bamboo Collection Games Due to Lead Poisoning Hazard

May 2, 2007
Target has recalled about 5,000 sets of its Anima Bamboo Collection Games. The toys in the sets may contain lead paint, which is toxic if ingested by young children.

The recalled Anima Bamboo Collection Games include 38 bamboo pads, four ghosts, and dice. The game set is packaged in an orange box with "Anima" and "Bamboo Collection Games" printed on both sides. The games were sold nationwide at Target stores from December 2006 through April 2007 for $10.

Consumers should return the game to a Target store for a full refund. For more information, call (800) 440-0680 between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. CT Monday through Friday, or visit www.target.com.
