The Sneaky Chef: Fresh Cherry Slushy

This refreshing drink contains 2 cups of cherries.
By Missy Chase Lapine

Makes 2 servings.

  • 2 cups cold club soda
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 cups frozen cherries (ideally without added syrup or sweetener)
  • 4 cups ice

1. Add club soda and sugar to the blender first; blend on high for 10 seconds.

2. Add cherries, then ice, and pulse several times until mixture is smooth enough to run on high for 1 minute. For an extra-thick version, place blender in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes, then blend again on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
