Three-Cheese Panini

Makes 2 servings

  • 2 French rolls or 4 slices sourdough or  any other bread of your choice
  • 2 slices Muenster cheese
  • 1 slice yogurt cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard        
  • 1 tablespoon feta cheese

  • Heat the panini press.
  • Slice open the bread and spread the mustard on it. Place the Muenster and yogurt cheese on the sandwiches. Crumble the feta cheese on top.
  • Put the sandwich on the panini press and cook until the cheese melts and the bread is toasted and crispy
  • Cut each sandwich into pieces and serve warm with a side of fruit
