Makes 2 servings
2 French rolls or 4 slices sourdough or any other bread of your choice
2 slices Muenster cheese
1 slice yogurt cheese
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon feta cheese
Heat the panini press.
Slice open the bread and spread the mustard on it. Place the Muenster and yogurt cheese on the sandwiches. Crumble the feta cheese on top.
Put the sandwich on the panini press and cook until the cheese melts and the bread is toasted and crispy
Cut each sandwich into pieces and serve warm with a side of fruit
