Game Ratings
Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) ratings provide information about the content in computer and video games so that parents are informed before they make a decision to purchase.
ESRB ratings have two components: rating symbols that suggest which age range is appropriate for the game and content descriptors that specify elements in a game that may be of concern. Be sure to check both the front of the box for the rating symbol and the back of the box for the content descriptors. A complete list of content descriptors can be found on the ESRB's website.
