We Oohed. We Aahed. We OMG'd. Can you blame us? You would have, too, if you had photos of gorgeous kids coming at you from coast to coast! That's exactly what happened to us this year, starting almost the moment that LIVE! with Regis and Kelly's Beautiful Baby Search kicked off. The prize was irresistible: the chance to be on Parenting's cover this month, plus $125,000 to be used toward college, courtesy of Gerber. The only thing more irresistible, in fact? Your kids. Choosing a winner wasn't easy (just check out our awesome runners-up to see why), but here's how it happened: From the 200,000+ entries received, LIVE and Parenting staffers selected ten semifinalists. We then put viewers to work on narrowing the list to five finalists, who all came to New York City for a photo shoot. With those pictures in hand, LIVE and Parenting once again joined forces to select our number one girl. Phew!
