Vanilla Yogurt & Fruit Dip

Ingredients:

? cup (2½ oz/75 g) plain whole-milk yogurt
¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons jam or preserves, such as fig, apricot, or sour cherry, or your toddler’s favorite

In a bowl, combine the yogurt, vanilla, and jam and stir until well mixed.

Dip It: Try sliced peaches or nectarines, quartered strawberries, or halved grapes.

Store It: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 day.

Pack It: Pack the dip and dippers in separate covered containers
