Little Atticuses (Attici?) have been popping up in urban playgrounds for the past few years, most likely as a tribute to Atticus Finch, one of the most revered characters in American literature. The lawyer/dad in To Kill a Mockingbird was wise, just, and loving -- a pretty good role model.
