Jada Pinkett-Smith, wife of Will Smith and mama of Willow, 12, and Jaden, 14, has no regrets when it comes to letting her kids take the spotlight.
“As a parent I will never ask my children to be less,” said Pinkett-Smith in an interview with Chris Witherspoon. “I’m going to educate my children and empower them in a way that they can have whatever.”
Pinkett-Smith recently caused a stir on her Facebook page for defending Rihanna, Justin Bieber and Quevenzhané Wallis, asking "Are we bullying our young artists?"
She's certainly sticking up for the young artists in her own family. Both Jaden and Willow have made their own impact on pop culture. The brother and sister duo has been acting in various TV shows and movies since they were young children. In 2006 Jaden appeared alongside his papa in the film Pursuit of Happyness.
Preteen Willow, not to be outdone, is well known for her keen sense of fashion and her 2011 hit single “Whip My Hair.”

“I don’t care if Willow wants to own a gas station,” said her mom. “She better be a giant doing it.“
