Healthy Smoothie Recipes (That Your Kids Will Love)

Having trouble getting your kid to eat his daily dose of fruits and veggies? Try blending them all together. Whip up a fruity breakfast, snack, or dessert in seconds—these smoothie recipes are so good that your picky eater won't even suspect that they're healthy.
1. The More the Berrier - In a blender, combine 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, raspberries, and/or strawberries, 1/2 cup cran-raspberry juice, 1/4 cup plain or vanilla yogurt, and 3 ice cubes (if using fresh fruit).
2. Green Machine - In a blender, combine 1 cup chopped spinach or kale, 3/4 cup apple or orange juice, 1/2 banana, peeled and sliced, 1/2 apple, peeled and diced, and 3 ice cubes.
3. Sweet Appeal - In a blender, combine 4 to 6 fresh or frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/2 banana, peeled and sliced, 1/4 cup plain or vanilla yogurt, and 3 ice cubes (if using fresh fruit).
