Dinner Tonight, Lunch Tomorrow: Steak Recipes
February 22, 2013
A grilled sirloin steak has the appeal of a gourmet dish, but it also takes only 20 minutes to make! To spice things up, combine parsley, olive oil, vinegar, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper in a blender and serve with a thinly sliced steak.

For lunch tomorrow, add your leftover steak to a romaine salad sprinkled with cherry tomatoes, corn, avocado, and your favorite dressing. Want to involve your kids? Have them add the fruit and toss the salad.
