Discuss Early Education With Mom Congress in Anaheim, CA

Calling all Anaheim-area education advocates! Will you be at the National Association for the Education of Young Children conference tomorrow? If so, be sure to stop by the Hilton for a Mom Congress town hall meeting to learn how moms are fighting for better schools and educational services.
The breakfast meeting will be hosted by Parenting's deputy editor Stephanie Wood, and Dr. Jacqueline Jones from the Department of Education, and Elanna Yalow, Mom Congress Advisory Board member and the executive VP of Knowledge Universe, an organization that promotes expansion of early childhood education programs globally, will be guest speakers.

Georgetown University's School of Continuing Studies serves as educational provider for Mom Congress, and works closely with Parenting to develop the academic aspects of the program for moms. The School of Continuing Studies has created learning opportunities and special courses in education and parenting specifically for Mom Congress members.
Georgetown University's School of Continuing Studies, the Mom Congress educational provider, will offer scholarships for non-credit courses to up to 10 outstanding mom advocates per semester.
