51 Delegates Selected for Mom Congress 2012

Every year, Parenting magazine select 51 delegates out of hundreds of applicants from around the country to attend The Mom Congress on Education and Learning. Mom Congress celebrates parents who work to improve schools in the U.S. The 51 delegates (50 states + D.C.) are choosen because they successfully improve schools in their communities and are passionate leaders for positive educational change.
These delegates inspire us.

Georgetown University's School of Continuing Studies serves as educational provider for Mom Congress, and works closely with Parenting to develop the academic aspects of the program for moms. The School of Continuing Studies has created learning opportunities and special courses in education and parenting specifically for Mom Congress members.
Georgetown University's School of Continuing Studies, the Mom Congress educational provider, will offer scholarships for non-credit courses to up to 10 outstanding mom advocates per semester.
