This blog post comes to you from Every Parent You Know headquarters: a spot four feet from the television. My sons, both home from school with stomach viruses, are on the sofa downstairs. I check in on them, then sneak upstairs to watch the macabre scene taking place at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, Connecticut. And I'm trying to write something, anything, worthwhile.
