Does your daughter own a pair of KEDS "Know It All" shoes? Head's up: The shoes have been recalled because the metal stars on the heels of the shoes can loosen, posing a scratching and laceration hazard. There have been 27 reported incidents of this happening.

The recalled shoes have the style number KY40098A stamped inside the sneaker flap, and were sold in girls' sizes 12 to 5. If you have a pair of the shoes, call Collective Brands at (800) 365-4933 between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. ET Monday through Friday and between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. ET Saturday and Sunday to receive a $30 gift card for Stride Rite stores or striderite.com. You can also visit Collective Brands' website or email the company at kedskidsrecall@collectivebrands.com.
