Oh good grief. Just when I think TLC’s Toddlers & Tiaras can’t get any worse (remember the little girl in the Madonna cone bra?), the show somehow manages to reach new levels of inappropriateness. This week’s shocker: three-year-old beauty queen hopeful Paisley takes the stage wearing a blond wig, thigh-high boots, and a tiny cutout dress – a mini-me replica of Julia Roberts’ prostitute costume in Pretty Woman. (WHY?!) Paisley’s streetwalker get-up was met with applause, hoots and laughter from the crowd and judges.

But the outfit proves too much from fellow pageant mom Tammy, whose toddler is also a contestant. "Us pageant moms already take a huge rap for what we're doing to our little girls,” she tells cameras. “And it's outfits like that that give us a bad rap."

Whether it’s in a pageant or for Halloween, do you think it’s ever OK to dress little girls in such sexy clothes, let alone as a prostitute?
