Here’s a recall you definitely don’t want to miss:
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada announced today that phil&teds USA is voluntarily recalling about 30,000 jogging strollers.
The single-seat strollers have a hinge mechanism for folding and unfolding where fingers can get caught and cause serious injury. The company has received three reports of injuries, including one incident of an adult getting a finger tip cut off (!!!).
If you own a phil&teds sport v2 and classic v1 model single-seat jogging stroller, stop using it immediately and contact phil&teds for a free hinge-cover kit and repair instructions.
For additional information, contact phil&teds USA at (877) 432-1642 between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. ET Monday through Friday or visit the company’s website at www.philandteds.com/support.
