On this blog we have no problem sharing the good, the bad, the ugly, and the downright ridiculous. There’s one little girl, however, who’s got us beat when it comes to show and tell: the UK’s Telegraph reports that a 10-year-old girl accidentally brought her father’s cocaine stash to school to share with the class.
The drug was wrapped in plastic wrap and hidden inside an open bag of Haribo gummy candies. The young girl stuck the whole thing in her backpack, mistaking the white powder for sherbet, an English candy much like Pixy Stix. An innocent mistake on her part.
Fortunately, a teacher thought differently, confiscated the item before any kids came into contact with it, and called the police. The girl’s father was arrested under suspicion of being a drug dealer after additional drugs were found in his home, and the young girl is now living at her mom’s house, most likely unable to stomach candy of any kind.
