At first glance, it might seem like I labored hours and hours in the kitchen to make this impressive cheeseball snowman masterpiece. It's so beautiful and elaborate!
But don't be fooled! You and the kids can slap this baby together with ingredients you might already have in the house. To make the cheese balls, I mixed together goat cheese, cream cheese and grated parmesan, and then rolled them into balls. (You can buy cheese balls pre-made if you want to save even more time.)
Just slather cream cheese all over the cheese balls, stack them one on top of the other, and add the following: a carrot nose, a rosemary crown dabbed with currant jewels, currant eyes, a candied cherry mouth, asparagus arms, a radicchio scarf and currant buttons. (If you don't have any of this stuff, get creative!)
Let the oohs and aahs begin...
