What better way to pull ourselves out of our post-holidays/winter blues than cupcakes? Luckily, Valentine's Day is the perfect excuse to bake up some yummy treats with our kids. Send 'em into school for a class treat--or better yet, keep these scrumptious bites at home (for, um, the whole family—really!) and pack up some conversation hearts for sharing at school.
