Last month Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar announced on the TODAY Show that they were expecting their 20th child. Now, People.com reports that Michelle has had a miscarriage.

When the couple went to a check-up to find out the sex of the baby, the doctor was unable to detect a heartbeat and gave the couple the sad news. "We had just been talking about baby names last night," said Michelle. "It has been a real sad disappointment."
