Three recalls have been announced this week on some big-name baby and kid gear. Here's the scoop:
Arm's Reach has recalled about 76,000 Universal Infant Bed-Side Co-Sleepers. If the fabric liner isn't secured, a baby can fall from the raised mattress or become entrapped in between the mattress and sleeper. Immediately stop using the sleeper and call (800) 954-9353 between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. ET Monday through Friday, or visit the firm's website at www.armsreach.com for more information.

Key Baby has recalled about 29,000 Natural Stages Infant Ortho and Bulb Stage 1 Pacifiers. The pacifier does not meet federal safety standards and can pose a choking hazard. Contact (800) 447-1224 anytime, or visit the company's web site at www.key-baby.com for a full refund or a $10 coupon.
Infantino has recalled about 40,500 Troy the Activity Truck toys (models 153-210, 206-110 and 506-110C). Beads on the toy can detach, posing a choking hazard. Contact Infantino toll-free at (888) 808-3111 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. PT Monday through Friday, or visit the firm's website at http://service.infantino.com, to receive a free replacement toy.
