The recalled products were manufactured between May 1 and September 24, 2012, and may be contaminated with salmonella, which causes diarrhea, fever and abdominal cramps. Children are particularly susceptible to salmonella-related illness, and three-fourths of the reported illnesses occurred in children under the age of 18.
If you have a recalled product, either return it to your supermarket for a refund or throw it away.
