Tasteless photo op or child abuse? That’s the question people are asking after someone posted a photo of a toddler performing a keg stand at a tailgate outside an Arizona State University football game.

The photo, which was originally posted on TheDirty.com, now has police investigating. The child is shown with what looks like a nozzle in his mouth, with onlookers snapping photos with their phones. A university spokesperson said they are looking into who posted the photo.
