Boy With No Feet Is Incredible Soccer Player

An 11-year-old Brazilian boy is emerging as a soccer prodigy, and being scouted by FC Barcelona, one of the greatest football teams in the world. But here’s what’s really amazing about Gabriel Muniz: he was born with no feet.
Although he wears prosthetics much of the time, on the field he plays without, dribbling, passing and kicking skillfully, according to the Daily Mail. He’s one of the best soccer players at his school and captain of his gym class.

FC Barcelona invited Muniz to their training camp in September, where he’ll get a chance to meet his idol, player Lionel Messi. Although he understands his disability means it’s unlikely he’ll ever play professionally, he’s hoping soccer will one day become a Paralympic sport.
