• 24 jumbo-size marshmallows
• Vegetable cooking spray
• 1 recipe Chocolate Ganache
• 1 recipe Vanilla Frosting
• 6 graham crackers, broken into large pieces

Makes: 24 cupcakes
You'll Need:

• 1 recipe Chocolate Cake
• 2 recipes Cookies and Cream Frosting
• 24 cream-filled miniature chocolate sandwich cookies (whole or coarsely crushed)

Chocolate Cake

• 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 6 Tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature
• 1 egg, plus 1 egg white
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup milk

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a muffin tin with cupcake papers. In a large bowl, sift flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. With a mixer, beat the sugar and butter until fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Add egg and egg white, one at a time, then vanilla beating on low.
