2009 Halloween Costume Contest: Round 13

"This is Charlotte, 5, wearing a popcorn box! Charlotte's favorite snack is popcorn, so this year her Halloween costume was an easy choice! My husband took two cardboard display easels and taped them together from the inside. He then cut out the armholes and neckhole. We spray painted the entire box red, taped off the stripes and logo pattern, and then repainted the box white. The 'popcorn' was made from Great Stuff. The hat is a popcorn bucket spray painted red with Great Stuff 'popcorn!"
