The bump-watch days are no time to be weight obsessed, and that's why we raise a tall, curvy goblet of sparkling grape juice -- what the heck, make it a Purple Cow with a scoop of vanilla ice cream -- to stars like Halle Berry, Salma Hayek, Mariska Hargitay, Keri Russell, Naomi Watts, Christina Aguilera, Jennifer Lopez, and Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon (who posed nude in Playboy's August issue before giving birth -- to twins -- in October!). All went through pregnancy resembling not snakes that swallowed basketballs but, rather, the ripe, round, and alluringly busty beauties they should be during the all-important nine months. Putting on those requisite 30-plus pounds with the spotlight shining on them makes these women an inspiration to mothers-to-be everywhere. Their message: Eat good food and know you're doing what's best for you and your child.
