"Eddie is working full time as a high school teacher in an inner city school, training to become an Acupuncturist at night and some weekends, and feeds our 5 month old son, Tenzin, 3 nights each week (plus every other Saturday night!). He loves to cook, so he cooks dinner most nights and always asks if he can do anything for me. He loves us and isn't afraid to show it. He doesn't take anything for granted. He always puts us first and makes me laugh. He never complains about being up all night with Tenzin and then having a 16 hour day. I can often hear him at 2 or 3 in the morning gently singing or talking to Tenzin to calm him and it always reminds me of how lucky I am!" -- Karen
