There's a new trend afoot: Video games, once the purest form of passive couch-potato play, are going active. Rather than offering exercise for only the thumb and wrist and targets for shooting or jumping over, new devices call for dancing, drumming, and even wildly waving every limb. According to some pediatricians, the games can help overweight kids drop extra pounds and get in shape.
