You want to eat well, and feed your child well, but nutrition advice keeps changing. According to experts, the average American diet resembles an hourglass rather than a pyramid -- we gobble huge amounts of added fats and sugar from the top tier, and pasta and other grains from the bottom, but are lacking in the vegetables, fruits and other nutritious foods from the middle. Now, there's going to be changes to the current Dietary Guidelines, due early next year. Soon, there will be a revised version of the famous Food Pyramid.
