You want to eat well, and feed your child well, but nutrition advice keeps changing. Parenting has the following tips to help your family get nutritional smarts, as well as our [XREF {http://www.parenting.com/parenting/whitepage/magazine_pullouts/pdfs/0105_PTG_food_house.pdf} {printable PDF version}] of the guide -- in the form of a house.
