Savory Egg Tarts

Sweet butternut squash, earthy sage, and hearty Swiss chard combine with fresh eggs for incredibly flavorful little tarts, which make an unexpected and delightful starter or a light main course for lunch or dinner. The tarts can be assembled in advance—just add the eggs before  baking.
