Who is the story about? Charlie the train
Description Charlie is a little train who has to overcome big obstacles in order to deliver the mail on time.
Who else is in the story? Rita, the raccoon and Lyle, the crocodile
Where are they? They are all in a little town called Esco, where it's raining super hard, and the town is flooding.
What are they doing? Charlie, Rita, and Lyle are picking up the mail at the post office and are trying to keep the mail dry. They have to help the other mailmen to get into their trucks first before they can take off and do their own delivering.
Why are they doing that? Charlie is always the nicest train around. He is a big helper. Lyle uses his long tail like a board, so that the other mailmen can walk on it over the water to get to their cars, and they can stay dry. Lyle always uses his tail to help out others. Rita is funny and tells jokes to make everyone laugh when they are sad.
What happens to everyone? Charlie, Rita, and Lyle accidentally fall off the tracks when they start going to fast, but they meet some new friends and they help them get back on track. In the end they make a lot of new friends and get all the mail delivered.
What's your favorite part of the story? I love it when Charlie has Rita and Lyle throw the mail like a baseball to all the houses that needed to get their mail delivered.
What would you build out of LEGO® DUPLO® blocks to bring your story to life? I would build a really long track with a post office, a train, a caboose, and lots of animals!
