Who is the story about? Stick the Elephant
Description He is the biggest land animal in the world. He is gray, short, and think like a stick.
Who else is in the story? John the person - he is the zookeeper. Draco - a lion, and Stick's brother
Where are they? They live at the zoo. The zoo is really little. Stick lives in a small box. He likes it because that is his home.
What are they doing? They are playing in the yard. John lets Stick play in the backyard.
Why are they doing that? Stick likes to play with his new ball that he got for his birthday. It is an outside toy. But Stick loves to take in his box, too. But he doesn't play with it inside; he tries to pop it. But it is too hard because it is made out of wood. It's a beach ball made of wood.
What happens to everyone? Stick gets excited when he gets to play outside. Draco is a lion and Stick's older brother. Draco tries to carve his face in to the wooden ball with his claw. Stick is happy because he wants a smiley face on his ball.
What's your favorite part of the story? When we see Draco play outside.
