Who is the story about? Farmer Nick and his cows
Description Farmer Nick is a happy man with a red hat, green bib pants, black boots, a hay fork in his left hand and a milk bucket in his right hand. The cows are brown and white.
Who else is in the story? Nick's wife Sophie with a red shirt and blue pants and his two kids (a boy dressed blue and a girl dressed pink), and their black dog Max.
Where are they? They live on a farm surrounded by green fields. The people live in the farm house. The animals live in the barn. The tractor is in the barn.
What are they doing? They are getting up in the morning. Farmer Nick wants to milk the cows and sees that the cows are missing. There is a hole in the old barn wall through which the cows escaped.
Why are they doing that? Cows like to be able to roam on the meadow and breath fresh air. That is why they left. The farmer and his family is gathering the cows to keep them safe.
What happens to everyone? Everyone is building a bigger and better barn with a gate to the meadow. Farmer Nick uses the tractor to tear down the old barn and build the new barn. The cows are happy because they can eat the fresh grass whenever they want and spend the nights in the new barn.
What's your favorite part of the story? When the family brings the cows back home and builds them a new barn.
What would you build out of LEGO® DUPLO® blocks to bring your story to life? The whole story - cows leaving the barn, bringing them back, but especially tearing down the old barn and building up the new because I love playing construction site with legos.
