Who is the story about? Oliver, a young octopus, and his many ocean buddies.
Description Oliver the Octopus is jealous of all his ocean friends. He does not think that he is special. He wants to have big sharp teeth like a shark, claws like a lobster, or bright fins like the coral fish. Oliver has an adventurous day in which he discovers that he too is special.
Who else is in the story? Rory the Reef Shark, Larry the Lobster, and Cassie the Coral Fish...and Oliver's mom!
Where are they? In a bright coral reef. Everywhere there is life, and lots of nooks and crannies to discover.
What are they doing? Playing on the reef.
Why are they doing that? They are all using their unique abilities to have fun with one another.
What happens to everyone? While playing, Oliver learns that his suckers can help him turn over rocks and his wiggly body can help him squeeze into tiny spaces.
What's your favorite part of the story? When Oliver learns that everyone has special talents and abilities. Oliver is proud of who he is!
What would you build out of LEGO® DUPLO® blocks to bring your story to life? My son, Avery (who helped me write this story) would build all of the characters in the story!
